Two days where the phone goes quiet and the forest gets loud.

You’ve been moving too fast for too long, and something in you is asking for quiet. This is two days of forest, fire, warm tea, and unhurried company. Nothing to produce, nowhere to be.

Along the way there is forest bathing and meditation, a sharing circle, sauna with an optional cold dip, and time to craft herbal products to take home. Meals are homemade and partly gathered from the forest. The group stays small on purpose.

Come together, pay a little less

Book two spots at once and the second comes at a reduced rate. Bring a friend, a sister, a mother, a daughter, or someone close to your heart. You’ll share a room and the whole experience.

Rooms hold 2 to 4. Coming on your own is just as welcome, you’ll share with other women joining solo.

Full experience, one spot: 2,000 SEK Friday 17:00 to Saturday 17:00. Accommodation, dinner, breakfast, lunch and fika, full program.

Full experience, two spots: 3,500 SEK (1,750 each) Same as above, for two women booking together.

Saturday only, one spot: 900 SEK 10:00 to 17:00. Full Saturday program, lunch and fika.

Saturday only, two spots: 1,600 SEK (800 each) Same as above, for two women booking together.

Hosted by Elizabeth and Diana

Elizabeth is a psychosynthesis therapist with a nature-based approach. Diana works with herbs, nature, and simple rituals, grounded in traditional plant knowledge.

Good to know

Held in English, with Swedish, German and Italian support if needed. Bring a journal. The cabin is 1.5 hours from Malmö, 30 minutes from Kristianstad, reachable by train and bus, with carpooling possible. Bookings are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot, or use the value towards sessions with Elizabeth or herbal products from Diana.
